Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. Paso Robles People Search does not save a server-side copy of those searches. If you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to share and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems may record ordinary server-log details, including an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and visit times. Aggregate data helps maintain the service and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those features apply.
How We Use Information
Collected data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual profiles from site use.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to city, county, and state portals, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted after leaving Paso Robles People Search is controlled by the destination's policy, not this one. The same applies to sponsored search results supplied by a third party.
Who May Process Information
Hosting and technical vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but otherwise do not share visitor data.
How Information Is Protected
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes stated here. Since the service has no user accounts, it stores no account password or user profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted such information so it can be removed.
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives qualifying residents rights involving access, correction, deletion, and limits on certain uses of personal information, subject to legal exceptions. Because we retain little data, a request generally involves checking contact messages and available server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Public records maintained by Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County, or California agencies remain under the control of those custodians. California residents may also use the DROP platform for deletion and opt-out directions sent to registered data brokers.
Changes to This Policy
A revised policy will appear here when terms change. Using the site after an update takes effect means you accept the revised version.
